I had my car coated by a dealership. It was very unhappy with it. I found Naples Ceramic Coatings on the Internet and boy did they do a great job correcting with the dealership did to my car. I found this company on a website search.  It’s been a great experience. Customer service handled by Mya was a great experience.  She is very knowledgeable about their products. We first brought them a brand new Volkswagen Atlas Cross Sport to ceramic coat.  I would never let the new car dealership do this. They did a beautiful job. I have had previous ceramic coatings done inn NJ at a great shop so I have had experience with this. I had the dealership give us a complimentary window tinting which we were very unhappy with.  We asked Dura Coating to look at it.  The dealer used a lower quality product which left an unclear visibility.  I had the dealership remove the tint and had Dura Coating apply a 3M product.  Much better I was so happy that I brought my Mercedes AMG 63 GT S that was only 9 months old to do both the ceramics and window tinting. Couldn't be happier! Mark and Mya gave a presentation at one of our car club meetings. I had driven my 2007 Jaguar XK I had purchased a couple years ago - nice daily driver, but still 19 years old. The first pic (of the trunk and the tennis racquet) shows the blurriness of the reflection from the paint swirls. After the meeting, they came out and took a look at the car, pointed out things that could be improved, and we agreed to talk further when I was ready. All signs looked positive at this point. I contacted them a couple months later, after the holidays had passed. I had been asked to participate in a car show 10 days out, so I called Mya to see if they could possibly get me in before the show. I brought the car down the next day (Friday). Walking through the door was the next sign I had made the right choice; their retail area was not only well laid out, but immaculate. Signage that explained the various service options, plus a wide variety of products to maintain your vehicle - all extremely well presented.. and CLEAN. I opted for the Silver level of service.. 2-stage paint correction, ceramic treatment of the car (including the wheels), and an interior detail. Mya said she'd let me know when the car was ready. I got the call from Mya the following Monday (the next business day) saying I could come pick up the car. The difference was truly impressive. The paint swirls/blurriness was gone, and the car looked like it just rolled off the showroom floor. The interior shampoo/detail picked up several things I hadn't been able to get on my own. The 2nd pic shows the car at the show that following weekend. Everything came out as good or better than I had hoped, and several other presenters at the show commented on the quality of the finish, especially for a daily driver. The entire experience was both painless and flawless - there was no pressure or upsell, all the meetings were friendly, and the work was superior. New Lincoln Aviator and Nautilus.  Called Mya and she took extra time explaining the services and what they included.  Purchased ceramic coating, PPF, and window tinting.  Her knowledge of the products was second to none.  If you want your new cars looking new for a long time take them here! You won’t be disappointed. I took my new CLE 53 AMG in matte blue in to them to have it ceramic coated and the front half ppf.  They were recommended to be by the people I bought the car from and I could see why.
